After an illustrious 17+ years with international technology organizations like Yahoo, I2 technologies, Face time Communications, and Sonata software, Saai decided, based on her inner calling to focus completely in empowering people to live a life they love. Her experience as a people manager coupled with extensive training in hypnosis and energy psychology on top of an engineering degree helped her to understand the ways to tap the full potential of the human mind while maintaining a good balance of professional and personal life.

She is passionate about understanding commonalities between western modern psychology and ancient Vedas and value based teachings on living from east, thereby empowering people in dealing with challenges they face in their personal lives. Raghunathan Perumal is a certified NLP trainer from NFNLP, USA and NLP Master Practitioner and Coach.

He is a practitioner of Hypnotherapy certified by California Hypnosis Institute of India and an EFT practitioner.

He had an illustrious career in the Information Technology industry for over 23+ years, and successfully managed teams of over 200+ professionals, and motivated them to perform consistently at higher levels.

He held multiple leadership roles in large Information Technology services companies like Accenture, Cognizant Technologies, and Wipro and achieved significant business results. He later became entrepreneur and built a successful software product company “Agile Labs”.

He is an Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai and Post Graduate in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He has been sharing his experiences with the student community across India on various forums and has been able to inspire many budding entrepreneurs in the process.
